GrabPromoNow lists promo codes, coupon codes and deals for a small number of stores: TourRadar, G2A and Viator. Because we cover only a few stores, we can check each one closely. This page explains exactly how we find, check and label every code.
Where our codes come from
- The store’s own pages: official promo code pages, sale pages, app offers and newsletter sign-up offers.
- Public coupon sites and deal communities: codes other shoppers report. These are labelled “Community code”.
- Reader submissions: codes sent to us through the submit a coupon page.
How we check them
- Official source first. If the store shows the offer on its own site, we compare the discount, terms and end date with what the store says.
- Daily review. We review every store page on GrabPromoNow every day. Each card shows when it was last checked (“Checked today” or the date).
- Sale percentages match the store. For sales such as “up to 70% off”, we use the number the store shows that day and change it when the store changes it.
- Expired codes are removed. When an offer’s end date passes, or the store says the sale has ended, we take it down.
- No invented codes. We never make up codes, discounts or end dates. If we can’t find a real code for a store, we say so and show the store’s current sales instead.
What the labels mean
- Verified deal: the offer is shown on the store’s own website.
- Coupon: a code from an official or trusted source.
- Community code: a code reported by shoppers or other coupon sites that we could not confirm on the store’s own site. It may still work, so try it at checkout and check the total.
- Checked today / Checked [date]: the last day we reviewed that offer.
Why a code might still fail
Stores can end a code early, limit it to new customers, the app, a region or a minimum spend, or allow only one code per order. If a code doesn’t work, try the store’s current sale (no code needed), and tell us so we can update the page.
How we make money
Some links on GrabPromoNow are affiliate links. If you buy through them, the store may pay us a commission at no extra cost to you. This never changes which codes we list or how we label them. Read our full affiliate disclosure.
